At Miscue, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, including dry ice and other temperature-sensitive items, all purchases made through Miscue are considered final and we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and dispatched. We request customers to carefully review their order details before confirming the purchase. In case a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, they must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by providing clear photo or video proof for verification. After reviewing the issue, Miscue may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or provide store credit if applicable. Order cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched; once shipped, cancellation or refund requests will not be entertained. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Miscue is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Additionally, since products like dry ice require proper handling and storage, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or reduced effectiveness resulting from improper handling after delivery.
